CULINARY THINKING - STANFORD UNIVERSITY

About the project

We organized a challenge alongside the Culinary Institute of Barcelona for 24 students from Stanford University during their inspirational trip to Barcelona.

We created a team competition where participants, working with a limited selection of ingredients, had to develop an original culinary proposal. The process included phases of visual ideation, kitchen preparation, and a final pitch presentation where they defended and communicated their creation.

The evaluation focused on creativity, innovation, differentiation, communication, and taste. A hands-on, dynamic experience that connected gastronomy with creative thinking.
