The legal bases legitimizing the processing of your personal data are:

• The performance of a contract and/or commercial relationship.
• The informed consent you grant us expressly, freely, and unequivocally when you accept this PRIVACY POLICY by submitting the corresponding form.
• Compliance with various legal obligations mandatory for the company.
• Legitimate interest derived from all kinds of security reasons, improvement of our products and services, management of your information requests, complaints, and fraud prevention.

The data we request from you are adequate, relevant, and strictly necessary to carry out the described purposes. DATA TRANSFERS:

The data you provide may be transferred to the following companies within the CINTAS AGV EVENTOS SL group for the proper management of the aforementioned services, as well as to inform you about products and services that may be offered in the future:

2. Any other entity also integrated within the CINTAS AGV EVENTOS SL group, and/or any entity that replaces any of the above.

Users are also informed that their data will be transferred to the company GINY SL solely for the provision of the newsletter service via Mailchimp.

If you pay by credit card, the data will be encrypted and transferred to our payment partners. Any personal data about you will only be used internally within the CINTAS AGV EVENTOS SL group and will not be transferred to companies or third parties beyond those expressly stated here.

Finally, if you send us a curriculum vitae for a job application, it will become part of a file owned by the company. The purpose of this file is personnel selection, and by spontaneously sending this information you expressly consent to your data being available for future hiring or selection processes. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS:

To safeguard the security of your personal data, we inform you that the company has adopted all necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the IT security of the personal data provided, including (but not limited to):

2. The ability to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of processing systems and services.
3. The ability to restore the availability and access to personal data promptly in the event of a physical or technical incident.
4. A process of regular verification, evaluation, and assessment of the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of processing.
