The ticket may be exchanged for a wristband, card, or other access mechanism, medium, or system. To receive the access system, the user must present both the ticket and their National ID (DNI) or equivalent identification document. Only one access system will be issued per person. - If it can reasonably be assumed that a risky or dangerous situation will arise for the user or other attendees.
- Any user may be denied access or expelled from the venue if they fail to comply with the instructions of the event’s event staff, as well as those responsible for event control, surveillance, and security.

In the event of cancellation, the ticket holder may request a refund within no more than 15 calendar days from the date of the public announcement of the cancellation, and in the manner specified. For this purpose, cancellation shall be understood as the suspension of more than half of the event program, whether before the start of the event or after it has begun.
Under no circumstances will the organization refund any distribution fees that may have been applied by the sales channels through which the tickets were purchased, as the organization is not the provider of the sales channel services, nor the recipient of such fees.

4.2. 4.2. The organization reserves the right to change or modify the program (in both content and running order).
4.3. 4.3. The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased outside the official sales channels. 4.4. 4.4. Ticket resale is strictly prohibited.
4.5. 4.5. Possession of a ticket and/or the corresponding access system does not entitle the holder or any third party to use it, or its content, for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes (including contests, gifts, and/or raffles).
In the case of events not promoted by the company, the terms and conditions established by the event promoter/organizer will apply, as they shall be solely responsible for the rights and obligations related to the event.
5. MINORS
5.1. 5.1. Minors under the age of 16 will not be permitted to enter the venue unless accompanied by their parents, legal guardians, or persons legally responsible for them.
If the accompanying adult is not the minor’s parent, legal guardian, or legal custodian, they must present a signed authorization from one of these legal representatives, along with a photocopy of the representative’s ID and the family record book.
During their stay in the venue, parents or legal guardians will be held responsible for any action carried out by the minor, as well as for any consequences that may arise. Additionally, the parent or legal guardian must sign a liability waiver assuming full responsibility for the minor while they remain within the venue.
5.2. 5.2. In addition to the required documentation, parents or legal guardians, as well as the minor, must have purchased the appropriate ticket and possess a valid access system.
5.3. 5.3. Current legislation strictly prohibits the sale of alcohol and tobacco to persons under 18 years of age. Therefore, minors will not be able to purchase alcohol or tobacco at the event. Minors must carry their ID at all times.
5.4. 5.4. Failure to meet the above requirements will result in removal from the venue with no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price.
6. IMAGE RIGHTS
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one’s own image, you are hereby informed that your access to the venue and attendance at the event implies your express consent and authorization for the capture, reproduction, distribution, and publication of your image, including for promotional, advertising, and/or commercial purposes, and by any means, including electronic media.
Participants grant the rights to their own image, derived from their attendance at the event, for the creation of audiovisual materials on any kind of media (including electronic media) and for their use, exploitation, and dissemination through any technical reproduction procedure or image and sound exploitation system. This assignment is made free of charge and without any temporal or territorial limitation, in favor of the organizer and the companies belonging to the CINTAS AGV EVENTOS SL group, as well as the authorized media and press covering the event.
7. PROHIBITION OF PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING, AND RECORDING
All image, intellectual property, and industrial property rights related to the content of the event, as well as to the participants and attendees, are fully reserved.
The taking of photographs, as well as filming and/or audiovisual recording within the venue, of the event content, the participants, or the attendees, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized.
Notwithstanding the above, the exploitation of any photographs, filming, or audiovisual recordings taken within the venue and/or of the event content, including that of the participants and attendees, is also strictly prohibited.
8. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
All content and elements forming part of the ticket, the access system, as well as any document and/or element prior to their issuance, required for their acquisition and/or associated with them (i.e., both the texts and the graphic elements related to them — design, source code, trademarks, logos, photographs, buttons, color combinations, and generally any element that constitutes a novel intellectual creation — as well as their presentation, structure, layout, configuration, and assembly), are the exclusive property of, or are licensed to, the holder, and are protected by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, approving the consolidated text of the Spanish Intellectual Property Law.
These elements may not be exploited, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly communicated, assigned, or transformed without the express authorization of the aforementioned holder(s) of the rights. The acquisition and/or possession of the ticket and/or access system does not grant the user any right or ownership over the intellectual or industrial property rights related to the elements included therein.
